Follow the A24 to Findon, at the roundabout outside Findon take the 3rd exit onto Long Furlong (A280).  Follow this road for 3.5 miles, at the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Arundel Rd, the Worlds End will be on your right after roughly 0.5 miles.

A27

Take the slip road for the A280 from the A27 to A259/A24 (Littlehampton/Horsham).  At the roundabout, take the 4th exit onto A280, at the next roundabout take the 1st exit onto Arundel Road, the Worlds End will be on your right after roughly 0.3 miles.
